Join us on Saturday April 9th as we celebrate the launch of local illustrator Emily Mullock's newest picture book "Rock Star Recess".  Written by Patrick Baggatta, this exuberant story invites children to live out their creative dreams and have a ton of fun in the process!

For this event we want you to wear your favourite "Rock Star" outfit as we make our own musical instruments- so that we can 'rock out' for a picture on the stage we've constructed at the store. We'll read the story together, and afterwards, Emily will be on hand to sign and doodle in books.

Recommended for ages 4-8, the ticket price is for the children attending the event and includes all craft materials, a goody bag to take home and a $5 coupon towards an in-store purchase.
